NETBYE — one supplier for the whole till
NETBYE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED was founded in 2020. We supply POS hardware to distributors, system integrators and retailers, and we sell under our own model range: NBTP printers, NBBS scanners, NBBP label printers, NBCD cash drawers and NB-POS terminals.
We are a supplier and brand, not a factory. Our products are built by partner factories in Shenzhen to our specifications, and we handle model selection, quality control, documentation and after-sales support. That distinction matters when you are deciding who to buy from, so we would rather state it plainly than have you find out later.
Why buy from us instead of direct from a factory
It is a fair question, and there is a straightforward answer.
No single factory makes everything you need. A complete POS setup is a terminal, a receipt printer, a barcode scanner, a cash drawer and often a label printer. Those come off five different production lines, usually at five different companies. Buying direct means five suppliers, five sets of payment terms, five shipments to consolidate and five people to chase when something is wrong.
We carry all five categories. One quotation, one shipment, one point of contact.
We answer the question factories cannot. "Will this printer work with my POS software?" is the question that actually decides most orders, and it is not a question a production line can answer. We maintain a growing library of setup guides covering how our hardware connects to specific POS systems — uniCenta oPOS, SambaPOS, StoreHub and Moka so far, with more in progress. If you are running something else, tell us and we will confirm compatibility before you order rather than after.
We are not locked to one product line. Because we work with several factories, we can match a specification to what you actually need instead of steering you toward whatever one plant happens to build.
Quality and certification
Our products carry CE, FCC and RoHS certification, and our partner factories hold ISO quality management certification. Documentation is available on request.
To be precise about something buyers ask us: these certificates are issued to the manufacturing facilities, so the certificate holder named on the paperwork is the factory, not NETBYE. That is normal for a supplier arrangement, and we would rather you know it before you request the documents than be surprised when they arrive.
