• Label width — Match to your widest label. Wider platens cost more but give headroom for future formats.
• Interface — USB for a single workstation; LAN or Wi-Fi when several users share one printer.
• Volume — Desktop units suit low-to-mid volume. For continuous industrial printing, ask us about heavier-duty options.
