We do not sell your personal information

NETBYE Technology Co., Limited does not sell personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

What we do share

We use analytics services — Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity — that place cookies and collect usage data. Under the CCPA/CPRA, some uses of these services may be treated as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. If you want to stop that, use any of the options below.

How to opt out

• Browser signal: enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supporting browser or extension. We honour GPC signals where required.
• Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Cookies: block or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings.
• Ask us directly: email support@netbye.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information". Tell us enough to identify your records — typically the email address or company you contacted us from.

Your other rights

You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Requests go to support@netbye.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Authorised agents

You can use an authorised agent to submit a request. We may ask for proof of authorisation and may still ask you to verify your identity directly.
